I think the way muslims and Christians it is fair
2 - I agree with slogan " We eithther live together or die together " because we live in one country and have the same rights as Islam order us .
3- I think all of us Muslimes andChistians should get an permiton to build mosques or churchs , but its acorrding to how many peaple live in this places .
4- I think the problem between Muslimes and Chirstians made by oue officianals , but between people no problems.
5- the main point Auther want to say it , Muslims incourge terroism , and the west keew this information, but I do not agree with him becuase most of Muslimes want to make agood relation ships with west . and alot of muslims killed in many country wuth out any resones , so I ask you who is does not condmen terrorism , person killed from others or person who is kill others ?!

ReplyDeleteI like the slogan "We either live together or die together" very much, I think it is a beautiful idea and it is why I liked this article. I also believe that Christians and Muslims should have the same rights to build churches or mosques. You say that this decision should be made according to the people who live in these places. So do you think that if most people in one neighborhood agree that Christians should not have equal rights that this is acceptable? I believe that "we do not legislate civil rights" meaning no vote of people can take away anyone's rights for any reason. What do you think of this idea?
I am very surprised that you think the author's main point is that Muslims encourage terrorism. Why do you say this? What sentences in the article make you think this?
I think if you read the last paragraph again carefully you will see that the article is saying the exact opposite, that many positive stories about Muslims like this one do not appear in Western media. The article is praising Egyptian Muslims for standing together with Copts in a difficult time for Egyptians.
The purpose of the article is to show that many Muslims oppose terrorism and are even willing to risk their lives to defend Christians.
I hope we can talk more about this at the center.
i agree with you in all points except second point, because my country is islamic country, so that the muslims do not need a permition to build mosques but the christians need to a permition to build churchs.
